Oral history recordings have been vital to telling the story of Warth Mills Internment Camp. They are integral to any digital archive and provide researchers with an important and vivid point of reference.

Andrew Schofield, former Sound Archive Officer at North West Sound Archive and now director of ASR Audio, visits the project to pass on tips about how to approach oral histories. Whether you’re delivering a heritage project or recording a family relation, Andrew will advise on everything from how to write questions to using the appropriate kit.

If you require 3 or more tickets, please email to check on availability.

Lunch and refreshments are provided.
